When buying a Jacuzzi Hot Tub there are many points to consider and this article sets out some of those to take into account:-

What acrylic is used in the shell?

Most Spas look great in a showroom but you have to ask the question as to how the spa will actually look in a few months and in deed in a few years and for that reason you will want to consider the material used in the shell.

Is it proper branded acrylic Lucite or Quaarite. Just merely being told that it is US acrylic is not sufficient for the savvy buyer. Lucite-Xtra ™ cast acrylic is a non porous material that is stain resistant to the build up of lotions and oils which can harm non acrylic spas. This tough material retains its shine and colour despite sanitizing chemicals, high temperatures and exposure to sunlight.

How is the Shell made and how is it strengthened

Ask how the shell is made and formed and are the manufacturing processes used environmentally friendly. For example is a layer of ABS plastic used to re-inforce the strength of the shell. ABS is a class of plastics based on acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers and has a very high mechanical and impact strength. This construction procedures or environmentally friendly and much more efficient than using fibre glass as backing to the shell.

Manifold Plumbing

Manifold plumbing is designed to balance the water pressure distribution and reduce the number of plumbing joints to maximize water flow.

Guarantee

Obviously you need to know about the manufacturers guarantee and I would expect some thing on the following lines:

Shell - The Shell to be warranted against water leakage caused by a defect in the material for ten years from the date of the original purchase.

Plumbing - Spa Plumbing ,fittings pipes drains and fixtures are warranted against leaks for five years from the date of the original purchase.

Pumps - The Spa pump and pump motor for two years from the date of the original purchase.

Jets

Are the Jets are adjustable. If you have a tub where none of the Jets are adjustable then you are clearly buying a spa from the bottom of the range and one that is really useless to provide you a pleasant massage effect.

Pumps

Where are the pumps made are they proper Western American or European pumps as pumps made in China and the East are much less reliable than their western counterparts.

Construction

Has it got a proper bottom sealed from the elements or has it just got that cheap steel frame. These Hot Tubs are the cheapest of the cheap no bottom so the elements can get in let alone some small animals like termites' and even worse those beasties that chew through electric cables after all they do it to ignition leads on cars and plant.

Does it have proper planned and thought out insulation particularly consider the sides of the Hot Tub. Many with no bottom and the steel frame just have wooden sides with no insulation. Again just a cheap import.

Does it have fully foamed and by that I mean that you cant see the pipes in the Jacuzzi. I expect the shell to be foamed but that the pipes etc are fully accessible and not hidden with in loads of foam because if they are it is more or less impossible to find a leak and fully foamed spas in my view (and that of many others in the Hot Tub industry) are hiding that the shell is not properly strong enough as they are using the foam to help provide strength to the shell.

Ozone water purification

Is the Ozone sanitizer injected directly into the spas water line and then distributed into in the spa's main body of water. You should hundreds of fine oxygen particles shooting into the bottom of the spa rather than just a small stream of water into the spa as you see on some cheap eastern imports.

These are some of the features to consider and is not to be exhaustive but to give some general guidelines.

As in all things it pays to buy from a long established manufacturer and there is that saying if you buy cheap you probably end up buying twice.

Natural Herbs for Rheumatoid Arthritis you Can count on

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a serious autoimmune illness affecting the joints and bones and other organ systems of the body. Willow bark contains salicylates, compounds related to aspirin and to several current pharmaceutical anti-inflammatory drugs. There is no question that this could have been helpful for RA sufferers.

Cat's claw or Devil's claw is another old and often used remedy. It is normally used in a dose of 250 mg of a standard extract taken twice a day. One small study has been done showing relief of RA symptoms when compared to a placebo. Cat's claw must be taken with food and cannot be taken by women who are pregnant or who could become pregnant. Upset stomach is the most commonly reported side effect, but is lessened when taken with food. Cat's claw has anti-inflammatory properties.



A widely used compound for topical pain relief is a cream compounded from cayenne pepper extracts. This reduces pain and inflammation by stimulating circulation in the area of a painful joint and is also useful for osteoarthritis. A user must be careful to wash hands carefully since the cream can burn the eyes and mucous membranes. It's also important to note that hot packs and heating pads should not be used over areas covered with cayenne products. Many people also use this product to treat the pain from a previous case of shingles effectively. It is available without prescription.

Curcurmin is a product extracted from the yellow spice turmeric that is being studied for several medical purposes including RA pain and stiffness. Widely used in curries, turmeric is also used as it is for RA and other uses. Curcurmin has both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help to fight the free radicals that play a part in joint destruction in advanced rheumatoid arthritis.

An Indian herb called Boswellia has also been shown to decrease inflammation in the body. It is taken in a dose of 150 mg three times a day. While it would take a book to list every dose and herb used for RA symptoms, it is easy to see how big a choice there is for natural products. Thai Food: Mee Ka Ti and Choo Chee Pla Recipe

Mee Ka Ti (Rice Vermicelli with Coconut Cream)

Mee Ka Ti sauce 1250 g
Soaked rice vermicelli 750 g
Bean sprouts 200 g
Chinese chives cut 1.5 inches 40 g
Coconut milk 200 g

Note: This portion is for 6-8 servings.

1. Pour coconut milk into a frying pan. When boiled, put the rice vermicelli and stir-fry it for a while.
2. Pour in half of Mee Ka Ti sauce and stir-fry until the water has reduced away.
3. Sprinkle bean sprouts and Chinese chives. Stir-fry for a while and then remove from the heat.
4. Top Mee Ka Ti with the rest of sauce.
5. Sprinkle with sliced omelet and sliced chili spur pepper (option).
6. Serve with vegetables such as banana blossom, Chinese chives and bean sprouts etc.

1. Blend the mixture of chili paste ingredients and some coconut cream until smooth.
2. Stir-fry the paste at a low heat. Then add prawn, pork and tofu. Stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked.
3. Add sugar, salt and tamarind juice.
4. Pour water, and the rest of the coconut milk. Simmer the sauce for a while and then remove from the heat.

3. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with shredded red chilies and kaffir lime

Shrimp paste 8 g

Coconut milk 550 g
Water 380 g
Fish sauce 25 g
Palm sugar 20 g
Shredded kaffir lime leaves 4 g

Note: This recipe makes 830 grams of sauce.

1. Pound the chili paste ingredients finely.
2. Stir-fry the chili paste with some of the coconut milk until fragrant. Gradually add 2/3 of coconut milk.
3. Add fish sauce and palm sugar, allow to melt.
4. Add the rest of the coconut milk and water. Bring to the boil and then sprinkle the shredded kaffir lime leaves. Remove from the heat.

Intermittent fasting - not eating for 16-36 hours a few times a week - is a safe, effective way to lose fat and improve health overall.

The wonderful thing is that after fasting several times, hunger greatly diminishes on your fasting days, often disappearing completely.

1. Try to avoid eating a high carbohydrate meal or snack right before you start your fast. Some people find that a high carb meal/snack stimulates hunger shortly afterward making it more challenging to continue with the fast. A meal/snack that emphasizes protein is a better choice.

3. Remind yourself that your body doesn't actually NEED food to function during a short-term fast. You are not in danger. No matter what size you are, you usually have enough fat reserves to safely draw from during a short-term fast.

4. Remind yourself that your body has been trained to expect food at certain times and in certain situations, so hunger may rev up at those times during the fast. Again, you don't NEED to eat, your body is just telling you that it 'expects' food. This will change the more you do intermittent fasting - the body will stop it's non-emergency grumbling.

5. Keep hydrated. Have your favorite non-calorie drinks on hand (water, black coffee, green tea, herbal tea, sugar free soda, etc)

6. Sip on drinks that contain caffeine (coffee, tea, sugar free cola) because caffeine helps to suppress appetite. It's important to consume the drinks slowly, over the course of the day, because if you take in too much caffeine in a short period you will probably have a dramatic energy drop later on which can stimulate appetite.

7. Exercise. It's very safe to exercise on a fasting day. If it's intense exercise (a sprint, for example) it will usually kill appetite for a while.

Sometimes people feel light-headed or get headaches when they're trying intermittent fasting the first few times. This isn't due to blood sugar dropping too low - that's a myth that studies and intermittent fasting enthusiasts have disproven countless times.

The feeling is likely because the body is burning it's own fat for fuel, which it rarely has to do when you're eating frequently and drawing on food for fuel. You may find that a brief burst of exercise works very well to combat this, giving you a nice boost in energy - the opposite of what you'd expect!

Prevention of algae in swimming pools - no phosphate = no alge = no worries

Algae, like all plants require water and nutrients to grow, in a swimming pool there is little we can do about the water, however removal of the nutrients - phosphate, you can keep your swimming pool algae free.

This summer has seen some of the highest recorded phosphate levels in swimming pools across Australia and New Zealand. Some of this high level of phosphate has been attributed to summer drought related dust fallout, and an increase in the phosphate levels of several common fertilizers. For many years phosphate and nitrate runoff from farms has been blamed for the deterioration of our many lakes and waterways, now the problem has crossed into our swimming pools.

For pool owners, the biggest concerns from high phosphate levels are rapid chlorine consumption and stubborn, repeat algae problems.

In order to maintain healthy water quality, it is important to remove phosphate from the pools water. Once it has been removed, regular maintenance can prevent the level from becoming a problem again and also aid in better chlorine performance and efficiency, reduced chlorine consumption, and no algae problems.

Phosphate and nutrients are required by all living organisms, including algae, to survive and flourish. It is well documented that raising the swimming pools chlorine level will result in less algae problems. But how are they related, and what can be done to remove phosphate from swimming pool water?

Phosphate is introduced to pool water from a variety of sources including runoff from lawns and gardens, pool fill water such as bores, dust, suntan oils and leaves. With time, all of these sources will cause a build-up and increase in the concentration of phosphate in the pools water.

Algae spores are continually being introduced to the pool attached to dust and leaves. They only require nutrients and water to quickly multiply and become a threat to the pools water quality due to rapid consumption/destruction of available chlorine.

For decades chlorine has been used not just as a pool sanitizer, but it is also effective as a short lived algae killer.

Traditional treatment has included "shock" dosing the pool with three to five times its regular daily chlorine dose; this is effective at killing off almost all visible algae.

While this effectively kills the algae, it does not do anything to address the condition that allowed the algae to flourish in the first place. When the chlorine level returns to normal to algae will begin growing again.

Therefore preventing the algae from recurring requires that the chlorine concentration is maintained at the higher level, the water is removed from the pool, or water conditions are changed to become less favourable for algae growth.

Traditionally, phosphate levels have been ignored, while attempting to remove dead algae by filtration. Given wet algae weighs 1000 times more than the phosphate needed to feed it, this is not the most effective way to do this. Also as the algae are trapped in the filter, it releases a certain amount of trapped phosphate back into the water.

The most effective traditional treatment is "super chlorination" or ten times the normal daily dose, effectively bleaching the algae white and killing it. This is followed by a "floc" with aluminium salts, before vacuuming the settled dead algae to waste.

Up until recently, none of the traditional treatments for algae targeted the real cause of the algae problem. Chlorine has always been recognized as an effective algaecide, however does nothing to treat the cause of the algae problem.

In swimming pools there are two effective chemical treatments for removing phosphate from swimming pools: aluminium compounds and lanthanum compounds. In sewage and effluent treatment ponds, iron compounds are used effectively, however these are undesirable in swimming pools due to the staining they cause.

Aluminium compounds are more effective in pools with a high level of phosphate build-up, in the range of greater than 1000ppb (parts per billion); however they require vacuuming to waste after treatment. They will effectively remove phosphate down to 500ppb, but cannot remove phosphate below 100ppb which is required for effective algae control. Aluminium compounds are relatively cheap, and therefore suitable for removal of a large percentage of phosphate accumulated in the pools water.

Lanthanum products are a potent and specific phosphate remover. They are best suited to maintaining low levels of phosphate in pools where performance and convenience are important. They are easier to use and apply than aluminium products and do not require vacuuming to waste after their application. However they are more expensive and best suited for pools with less than 2000ppb accumulated phosphate. One of the main advantages of lanthanum is that its ability to form lanthanum phosphate is not affected by the pools water balance.

A small amount of lanthanum compound will cause the phosphate level to drop below 100ppm, while concentrations of below 10ppb are easy to maintain.

Lanthanum compounds work by lodging in the pools filter media or cartridge, slowly dissolving to lightly coat the filter media. As phosphate rich water passes over the lanthanum crystals, they chemically attach themselves to the phosphate - forming lanthanum phosphate. Lanthanum phosphate is not suitable as a nutrient, and binds into larger particles so it can be removed by the pools filter medium. Lanthanum can be stored in the pools filter in large quanties without causing cloudy water.

To conclude, phosphate removal is the secret to maintaining algae free, quality swimming pool water, while allowing other chemicals to work at their optimal level.

Additional algae insurance, is the use of a preventative, "long life" copper based algaecide to be used in conjunction with regular testing for phosphate.

While phosphate will accumulate in a pool naturally, there are steps pool owners can take to prevent excessively high levels.
- Do not allow runoff from gardens and lawns to enter the pool
- Remove leaves from the pool regularly and promptly
- Apply a lanthanum compound phosphate remover regularly
- Have the pools water tested by a professional.

Hot Tub Placement Guide

When one has decided to buy then you have to consider carefully where you will place the Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

There of course various choices depending on your property. For example indoors depending on access in to House or Villa or perhaps outside in a front or rear garden or what many people often prefer, on a terrace or a roof terrace if possible.

Whilst there are many places to consider, one has to take into account certain factors, and the most important and obvious one is that the Jacuzzi Style Hot Tub is going to be placed on a weight bearing foundation that is able to support the weight of the Jacuzzi including the water and say 4/5 adults.

It is important that the base on which the Jacuzzi is to be placed is level and of a consistent texture and strength through out - little point if it is just strong at one end and weak in the middle.

A suggested base or foundation would be a layer of concrete with a thickness of 6 inches and to be laid on hard core, which has been laid for the concrete to key too. Perhaps bars of reinforced steel would also add strength - some people use concrete roof beams or small RSJ's Rolled Steel Joists,

If the Jacuzzi is going to be installed on, for example, wooden decking the same, kind of considerations have to be made. A guide for the total weight is 100 lbs per square foot.

If a Jacuzzi is to be set into decking or sunken consideration has to be given to access for service or routine maintenance. I have seen many installations that whilst they look nice they are impossible to access. At some time, access will be required in the same way that you have to open the hood of a car to change the battery or what ever.

It is possible in some locations to place a Jacuzzi Style Hot Tub in side your property.

If you do decide to put your Jacuzzi indoors, then of course you will have a lot of water inside your property and one has to consider very carefully the implications if for what ever reason a leak occurred. Just a child possibly accidentally opening the drain valve one evening might mean that you could wake up knee deep in water. Therefore, if it is going to be inside one has to plan an effective drainage system and ensure that should (heaven forbid) there be any leaks that the water drains away harmlessly.

In addition, as the Hot Tub will run at a high temperature it will give off a lot of damp moisture and this could accumulate on the ceiling, floors and walls of your property. Obviously, you will need very good ventilation in order to deal with this.

For the majority of Jacuzzi Hot Tub users the best position tends to be outside for a variety of reasons. The Jacuzzi can be enjoyed at any time of the year, that is for a full 365 days, perhaps to cool off on a warm sultry day or to warm up on a winters evening.

Obviously when outside the Hot tub will be more exposed to the elements and you will need to wear bath slippers or equivalent as you walk to the Jacuzzi to keep the water as clear as possible.

A proper insulated cover is essential for a Hot Tub whether it is indoors or outside.

You should always have the cover on it when the tub is not in use.This not only keeps the water warm but also keeps the dirt and dust out.

Living Like A Native In Morelia, Mexico

The beautiful, rustic, old, colonial city of Morelia is situated about halfway in between Guadalajara and Mexico City and has a thriving population of around 1,000,000 people. It has everything from historical buildings and monuments to modern-day conveniences, shopping centers, restaurants, movie houses, universities and colleges, etc. What makes Morelia special, though, is its people. Their backgrounds vary from native Indian to French to Spanish and other nationalities. Their greatest asset, however, is their warmth and friendliness.

What Brought Me To Morelia

Most of my life I have studied foreign languages and other cultures. I spoke Spanish as a child and then went on to other languages. In 1996, I was attending Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington for a degree to validate my business experience. Then, one day, a visiting international programs speaker came to one of my history classes and shared her experiences about living in the country of Sri Lanka (an island country just south of India). As I was in a transition period of my life and needing a change, I checked on nearby countries where I could go on an exchange program to re-establish my Spanish language skills. My school had such a program with Centro Mexicano Internacional (CMI) in Mexico that really appealed to my sense of adventure and interest in other cultures. So, I signed up for Spring Quarter 1997 and headed off to Morelia, Michoac�n, Mexico.

Morelia would be my home from March 1997 until I moved to Guadalajara to enroll in a more advanced Spanish language program in August 1997. Even now, though, if given the choice of living in Morelia versus Guadalajara, Morelia would always win out. The city is vibrant with a deep sense of culture and history dating all the way back to the 1500's. Every day, on my way to school and back, I walked by old colonial style structures, buildings, statues, monuments, fountains, and parks, each with a story about the past. For instance, an aqueduct (called El Acueducto in Spanish), built in the 1700's to carry Morelia's water supply goes right through the center of town (El Centro). I passed this marvelous structure every time I walked the avenue (Calzada Fray Antonio de San Miguel) leading up to my school. Next to the Calzada is a wide cobblestone pathway with benches to sit and relax, read, or visit with friends. On one side of Calzada Fray Antonio de San Miguel are churches and schools. The other side has shops, art galleries, and a restaurant or two. All of the buildings appear to be at least as old as the Acueducto or older and are fairly well maintained.

Paying the bills

When I first arrived in Morelia, I was depending on financial aid from my school in the US. Within a week or so of arriving at my new school I was asked to substitute for an ill teacher to teach Mexican students enrolled in CMI's ESL (English As A Second Language) program. I found out that I loved teaching the Mexican students. And, as the school was very impressed with my teaching skills, they offered me a part-time job teaching all levels of English and Linguistics classes. Also, I began to work in the school's computer laboratory as a supervisor in the evening after classes were done for the day. Together, both of my positions paid about $3 per hour. With the surplus from my financial aid and from what I earned, I lived on approximately $500 a month or less. Out of this amount I paid for rent, food, travel, entertainment, and obligations I had back in the US. After paying my US expenses, I usually had about $300 or less for my day-to-day living.

My monthly expenses generally amounted to approximately: $50 rent, $150 food, $25 clothing, $25 transportation, $50 other personal expenses (laundry, haircuts, entertainment, etc). Now, some people may think one can't do too much on $300 or $400 a month. It can be done if one does not have to worry about the ownership and upkeep of an automobile. Granted, things were tight at times, but I always managed to go see movies at least a couple of times a month. And, I went to a lot of free or other low cost events such as concerts put on by some of the local schools or musicians. Movies, haircuts, and restaurant meals only cost about $2.

Finding a place to live

Before I even left the US, I checked Morelia's hotels on the Internet and asked for recommendations from officials at my new school. The first place I found that I liked and stayed at was the Mintzicuri Hotel at Vasco de Quiroga No. 227. The rooms were very clean and comfortable at a rate of about $8 a night. Within a week of arriving in Morelia my school's housing director, Charly (a dear, sweet lady), took me to look at local apartments. I found one at the Posada de Villa located at Padre Lloreda No. 176 for about $150 a month. Then, after a few weeks I decided to see what was available in the local paper. I found a rooming house that offered a room for about $50 a month at Vincente Santa Maria No. 1925. When I went to check it out, I found a large, comfortable room with a bath shared by 3 other roomers. We also had access to cooking facilities as well as a mini refrigerator in each room.

Day-to-day life in Morelia

I lived a basic, simple life. I would stop at a local bakery and buy rolls, bolillos (small loaves of bread), and/or galletas (large cookies) for breakfast on my way to school. Then, I ate sandwiches and fruit at my school's snack bar for lunch. For supper, I would either eat at a local caf� or buy groceries and fix something in my room. My favorite item at the caf�s was milanesa, a thinly sliced beefsteak, chopped up and mixed with fresh avocado and eaten with tortillas. Or, I would have milanesa sandwiches and other local dishes. Usually, if I cooked at home, I would eat spaghetti type meals or fruit and vegetables.

Routinely, Monday through Friday, I took Spanish classes and taught English between the hours of 8:00 AM through 2:00 PM. 2:00 to 4:00 PM was siesta (break) time. Afterwards, I taught and worked in my school's computer lab from 4:00 to around 9:00 PM. After 9 was suppertime. Saturdays, I taught classes half-day. I devoted the rest of the weekend to either resting or other personal activities.

When I wasn't busy working or studying, I oftentimes walked around town or took a combi (Morelia's VW Van Mini-Bus system) or taxi to various cultural sites such as the city library, the government buildings, other buildings of historical interest (ex: Mexican Patriot Jos� Morelos' birthplace and house), or mercados (open markets either outside or housed in large buildings) and did a little exploring.



I almost always felt safe in Morelia, not because of the visible presence of gun toting policemen, but because of the very low crime rate. El Centro (downtown) was generally always crowded and busy. Many of the side streets off of Avenida Francisco Madero (Morelia's main downtown street) had shopping bazaars and mercados with every imaginable item from food to clothes to leather goods to electronic items and much more. The one area I did not care much for was right around the bus depot (long distance buses). There are x-rated theatres and other nefarious activities close to that location.

One thing I came to really appreciate in a hurry, was that I did not have to wash my own clothes. There are no self-service laundries that I am aware of in Morelia. I usually took my clothes to the laundry service in the block just down the street from my room. The two young ladies that ran it were efficient, prompt, and always welcomed me with smiles.

The people of Morelia

Generally, the people of Morelia were very friendly, warm, and caring. Two of my friends at a local Internet cyber caf� were especially helpful to me. When I first went to Morelia, my spoken Spanish consisted of only being able to speak in the present tense. I had never really learned how to properly conjugate verbs. Even though I could read and understand Spanish very well, I was very limited in my ability to converse. At first, I carried 2 very helpful books � Practical Conjugation of Verbs and a Spanish dictionary, both published by Larousse. For 2 months I carried these books everywhere I went and referred to them almost constantly. One day, my friends Genaro and Marcos took me aside and told me to put the books away, try to think and talk as best I could in Spanish and let them help me to correct errors in my grammar. That was the very best thing I could have done. It worked! It was not long at all before I was able to converse fairly freely. The key is immersion in a language � thinking, speaking, and living it.

Other people and families also befriended and "adopted" me. Two of my students took to me like an older brother and included me in their family activities and meals and recreation and also acted as my personal guides around Morelia. One of their favorite activities was gathering around a big-screen TV and watching f�tbol (soccer). Sometimes, we would go to a local park or concert. Another of my students took me to events like the local fair and flea market.

Places of interest for tourists

Places I would recommend for visitors to Morelia to see: The sidewalk cafes and food stands, the shopping bazaars and mercados, Morelia's Zoo, the annual Feria in April-May (the local fair), the cyber caf�s, local book stores, church and government buildings, museums and art galleries, the parks and fountains (ex: Bosque Cuauht�moc and the Three Sisters fountain in El Centro), the local universities, movie theatres (generally $2 or $3 for an adult ticket), musical entertainment � one place that comes immediately to my mind is El Colibri restaurant (located in El Centro just off of Francisco Madero). El Colibri has a live band that plays both local music and soft rock as well as a show called El Baile de los Viejitos (The Dance of the Little Old Men), a delightful presentation and musical score.

The shopping bazaars and mercados have all kinds of clothes, leather goods, electronic gadgets, and food items. They even sell birds � big birds! There are shopping areas or mercados all over Morelia. Some that I frequented are: 1). on the way towards the central bus station � several shops selling food items and leather goods; 2). Mercado Revolucion � between Francisco Madero and Plan de Ayala in El Centro; 3) Mercado Independencia � on Avenida Lazaro Cardenas just off of Vincente Santa Maria. One word of caution � when eating at the local food stands, make sure the food is fresh and has not been sitting out for an extended period of time. And, always, always ask for agua purificada (purified water). One more word of caution, this time to women, Mexican, American, or any other nationality � always take along a companion or stay in a group.

Morelia's weather

I was not there during winter months; however, I have heard that the winters are fairly mild. The summers can be very hot at times, but, for the most part, I found them moderately warm to hot. I have heard that it is wise during late summer, fall, and winter months to carry an umbrella, though.

Do your homework before you go

If you are really serious about visiting Morelia � do your homework before you go. Many excellent hotel deals, information about sites to see, historical background, information about language schools, etc. can be found by looking on the Internet. Other great sources of information are travel guides you can either purchase or find at your local library.

My experiences in Morelia were generally positive mainly for the following reason � I went there expecting to live like a native, not a foreigner and I kept a good attitude and sense of humor.

If you are looking for a place to start a new life or to seek a little culture and adventure then, this little hidden gem, Morelia, could be your ticket.
